Our Team / The Balloon Crew

President----- Rick Sicolo brings to the table, 37 years of experience in the special event industry. Founded from modest beginnings from a kiosk at The Plymouth Meeting Mall, Balloon Celebrations LLC, has grown into a full service event decorating company servicing clients nationwide. Rick has been a class instructor at many national industry events dating back to 1987.

Balloon Celebration's biggest event to date, was a joint venture with internationally acclaimed event specialist, Treb Heinning. 150,000 balloons dropped from the ceiling of the First Union Center- in Philadelphia to cap off The Republican National Convention.

Rick has also written articles in monthly trade publications and has been a certified balloon artist since 1994. Memberships include Qualatex Balloon Network, Special Events Network, South Jersey Chamber, Greater Cherry Hill and Philadelphia Chambers of Commerce as well as The International Society of Event Specialists.

Office Manager/ Production Manager-----Nancy has been with Balloon Celebrations almost from the beginning. Nancy brings her expertise in accounting and graphic design background to ensure flawless event execution . She has more than 33 years experience and is dedicated to client satisfaction.

Kayla infuses our social media presence with a vibrant and youthful energy that resonates our audience. Her enthusiasm and fresh perspective keep our content engaging and lively, making every interaction feel exciting and authentic. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team, bringing a dynamic flair to our community!

First crew event foreman-----Chris has over 17 years with Balloon Celebrations Although he has full knowledge of every aspect of on site

set-ups, his passion and specialty is creative, intelligent lighting.

Frank IT Dept. / event staff------Not only is Frank our internet tech guru. Frank also brings 11 years of event decor and enthusiasm to Balloon Celebrations each and every day.
